The Founder's Story | Meet Eos
Hi, I’m Eos — a leadership coach, talent strategy consultant, and practitioner of transformation.
Over the past two decades, I’ve delivered talent development and leadership coaching to more than a hundred Fortune 500 companies — across the United States, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Taiwan, and spanning more than a dozen industries, from finance and manufacturing to technology, telecom, and consumer goods. From the outside, I had every marker of success: advanced degrees, an international career, a stable business, a happy family. And then, late one night, I asked myself:
“I have so much already, but why do I still feel empty inside?”
I came to realize this wasn’t greed. It was a calling toward my true self.

That emptiness became my turning point. I began studying emotional awareness, growth mindset, and neuroscience — challenging my own attachment to perfection and control, and redesigning how I lived and how I showed up in the world.
That journey of transformation is where LifePilot Academy began.
Why I Founded LifePilot
I founded LifePilot Academy not just to offer methods and frameworks, but to help you see again the strength and sense of direction you already carry.
Not a life that’s planned for you, but one you choose for yourself and move through authentically.
It grows out of my professional work, but even more out of my own transformation and re-navigation. My hope is to help those standing at a career crossroads, facing a leadership challenge, or caught between family roles to recover their inner operating system, so they can stop being directed by circumstance and start choosing clearly and moving forward with courage.
Clarity is the spark that ignites transformation.
Empowerment is the engine that drives you forward.
